In the new Bistro & Bar Feldhof, your restaurant in Deutschnofen, visitors and locals sit together with a cappuccino or a crispy pastry and chat. At lunchtime they can choose from our small but select menu – we are open daily from 7.30 am to 3 pm! Everything here is home-made, delicious and super-scrumptious. Törggelen too has its own special character in the Eggental and is a major event at the Feldhof. On our terrace you can enjoy an aperitif, tasty, refined dishes or coffee and cakes accompanied by sweeping views! We are happy to cater to special requests – for example gluten-free or lactose-free food.

A dream for late sleepers, a dream for early risers! Do you leap out of bed early in the morning and simply love the smell of fresh-baked bread? Or do you prefer to snuggle down for eternity under your duvet and enjoy fresh, tasty, wonderful-smelling food at your leisure and “just a little” later? No problem – you can munch on our colourful breakfast buffet up until 09.30 am – it has everything that the heart could desire!

You’re sure to be familiar with some specialities from the region. A pinch of Tyrol, a handful of Mediterranean, a dash of aromatic passion and your meal turns into a feast! And which is your favourite home-made South Tyrolean speciality – Schlutzer ravioli, dumplings of all kinds, Kaiserschmarren pancakes? The landlord and chef, Hans, will have a ready ear for you!

He masterfully combines fresh and regional products into a delicious 3-course menu. This way, you may round off a wonderful day in a cosy ambiance.
Cooking with Hans
How would you like to get to work in the kitchen with our landlord and chef, Hans? You could! Every Monday we make dumplings together, bake biscuits, whisk up speciality dishes and knead dough for bread. The popular “Cooking with Hans” is a cookery course with a personal note, home-made fare and regional secrets!
